Meet Chigozie MMAD

I Sell. I Learn. I Build. And I Keep Coming Back to the Work.

I'm Chigozie Mmaduneme—known publicly as Chigozie MMAD. I'm a salesman, entrepreneur and direct-response customer-acquisition strategist.

My work today is focused on helping established businesses grow online, attract suitable customer enquiries and give those enquiries a better chance of becoming paying customers.

The beginning

It started with finding people to sell to.

Around 2014/2015, I joined network marketing in Ikeja, Lagos. I didn't know how to run adverts, build sales funnels or write what people now call direct-response copy.

I wanted people to buy what I was selling. So I found Facebook groups where those people were talking, posted what I had, answered enquiries, made calls and arranged deliveries.

At the time, I wasn't thinking about “customer acquisition systems.” I was learning a simpler truth: people need to find you, understand your offer, trust you enough to talk—and then make a buying decision.

The first lesson
Find people.
Start conversations.
Make sales.
The work came before the terminology.
My journey

Not a straight line. A practical education.

2014 / 2015

Learning to sell directly

Starting with network marketing, Facebook groups, customer enquiries, calls and deliveries in Lagos.

2019 onward

Products, advertising and direct response

Working with physical-product sales, advertising, landing pages and ecommerce, and helping businesses advertise.

2024

Stepping away and exploring something different

I stepped away from selling and spent time in crypto. The journey wasn't one continuous success story.

2026

Coming back with a clearer focus

I returned to selling with a stronger understanding of how marketing, customer enquiries, follow-up and revenue fit together.

How I think

One thing became clear: the pieces belong together.

Advertising has a job. A sales page has a job. WhatsApp has a job. The people answering enquiries have a job. Delivery, repeat customers and tracking have their own jobs too.

When those parts don't connect, a business can spend money getting attention and still feel unsure whether the spending is helping.

“Did the enquiry come in? Did somebody follow up? Did the customer buy? What happened to the money?”

That is why my commercial focus is customer acquisition—helping established businesses become easier to discover, better understood and more deliberate about converting enquiries into sales.

Writing, learning and teaching

The ₦1 Trillion Sales Chain.

My writing puts the pieces of selling into one connected picture: understand your market, design the journey, launch the work, handle buyers, deliver value and improve with real evidence.

The ₦1 trillion name represents a bigger way of thinking—not a claim about my earnings or anybody else's.

I'm Chigozie MMAD. Let's work on getting your business more customers.

More customers, more revenue and a brand people remember.
