You can learn ads, content, funnels, copy, WhatsApp, sales and AI and still struggle to answer one simple question: what problem does my business actually have?

The Problem

Business Advice Is Full of Answers. The Hard Part Is Knowing Which Answer You Need.

One person tells you to run better ads. Another tells you to improve your copy. Someone else says you need a new funnel, stronger salespeople, better branding or more automation.

Any of them may be right. But before choosing the tactic, you need to know where the business is actually breaking.

01
You have an idea but do not know whether people will pay.

That is a different problem from having a good offer nobody is seeing.

02
People see you, click and ask questions—but do not buy.

More traffic may simply create more people disappearing at the same point.

03
Leads come in, but you cannot tell what happened to them.

The business may not need more leads. It may need to work the ones it already paid for.

04
Sales happen, but every month feels like starting again.

Customers buy once and disappear, so growth keeps depending on another new customer.

These are not the same business problem. So they cannot all have the same solution.

The right tactic used on the wrong problem is still the wrong move.

The Big Picture

See the Business Before You Try to Fix the Business.

Strip away Facebook, Instagram, Google, websites, CRMs and AI.

A business still has to move through four basic outcomes.

01

Market

Find an opportunity worth pursuing and understand what people already want.

02

Customers

Get the right people interested and move them toward buying.

03

Sales

Turn that demand into real transactions and money in the business.

04

Repeat Revenue

Keep creating value so customers do not disappear after the first transaction.

Market → Customers → Sales → Repeat Revenue

Once you can see the journey, it becomes easier to see what is stopping the next step.

That is the point of the Sales Map. Not to give you another pile of tactics, but to help you decide what the business actually needs.

Inside the Guide

Use the Map to Diagnose Before You Act.

This is a working guide. You will use questions, examples and worksheets to look at the business you actually have—not the business you wish you had.

01
Understand the whole Revenue Chain.

FIND → BUILD → ATTRACT → CONVERT → DELIVER → MULTIPLY.

02
Locate where your business is right now.

Stop jumping ahead simply because the next tactic looks more exciting.

03
Find the weakness.

Look for what you know, what you only assume and where evidence is missing.

04
Decide what to do next.

The score is not the goal. The next action is.

The Rule
Follow the money. Where is the revenue actually breaking?

Before you prescribe another tactic, find the part of the system that is not doing its job.

Who Should Read It?

Built for People Who Want to Understand the Business, Not Just Collect More Marketing Advice.

You do not need to be an expert. You need to be willing to look at what is actually happening and work the problem in front of you.

You are still deciding what business to build.

Start by understanding demand before spending money building something nobody wants enough.

You already have something to sell.

Use the Map to see whether the problem is the offer, attention, conversion, delivery or something else.

You get leads but too few customers.

Look beyond the advertisement and follow what happens after the person shows interest.

Sales are coming but the numbers are unclear.

Learn to ask what it costs to create the sale and what is actually left.

You keep learning but business still feels confusing.

Put the tactics back into one connected picture so you know where each one belongs.

You want to build beyond hustle.

Think in systems that can be understood, measured, improved and eventually multiplied.

Why I Created It

I wanted entrepreneurs to have the map before they collected another pile of tactics.

I came into business through selling, paid advertising, funnels and direct response.

The more I operated, the clearer one thing became: a useful tactic can still waste time and money when it is applied to the wrong problem.

The Sales Map is my practical starting point for seeing the whole business and finding the constraint.
